Refund Policy

At Foresight Technologies, we strive to provide high-quality services and ensure customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services.

1. General Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services, including software development, web development, mobile app development, and consulting services, refunds are generally not available once work has commenced. However, we are committed to working with our clients to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction.

2. Service-Specific Refund Terms

2.1 Custom Development Projects

For custom software development, web applications, and mobile applications:

  • Refunds are not available once development work has begun
  • If a project is cancelled before work commences, a full refund may be issued minus any administrative fees
  • No refunds are available after Purchase Order formalities are completed.

2.2 Consulting Services

For consulting and advisory services:

  • Refunds are not available for completed consulting sessions
  • If a scheduled session is cancelled with at least 48 hours notice, a full refund or rescheduling option is available
  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee

2.3 Maintenance and Support Services

For ongoing maintenance and support contracts:

  • Refunds are prorated based on unused service period
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing with 30 days notice
  • Any work already performed during the billing period is non-refundable

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service within the specified timeframe and cannot provide a reasonable resolution
  • Material Breach: If we materially breach our service agreement and cannot remedy the breach
  • Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged multiple times for the same service
  • Pre-Commencement Cancellation: If you cancel before work has begun (subject to administrative fees)

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services that have been fully delivered and accepted by the client
  • Third-party licenses, tools, or services purchased on behalf of the client
  • Work completed and delivered, even if not used by the client
  • Administrative fees and processing charges
  • Services cancelled due to client's failure to provide necessary information or cooperation

5. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us first to discuss your concerns. We are committed to resolving issues amicably. If we cannot reach a resolution, we will work with you to find an acceptable solution, which may include:

  • Additional work to address concerns
  • Service credits for future work
  • Partial refunds where appropriate
  • Project modifications or revisions

6. Payment Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction. If the original payment method is no longer available, alternative arrangements may be made at our discretion.

7. Processing Time

Refund requests are typically reviewed within 10-15 business days. Once approved, refunds are processed within 10-15 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take additional time.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
